Pros Room was clean enough and A/C was cold. Cons: the hotel had no running water at some point everyday during my 3 night stay. Room was never cleaned and no clean towels offered. I would avoid

The experience was a great one. My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. The ambience was just wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a lot. It was so delicious. That was one of the highlights for me. The others were the friendly and courteous staff. Especially the clerk at the front desk. Mellisa. Also, the manageress was also really nice, friendly and courteous. The Manageress was really great. My wife and I talked with her for a long time. It was really nice of her to ask how was our stay. She was really pleasant and dealt well with us. The ambience was most wonderful, serene and relaxed. To be honest our stay surpassed my expectations. We will definitely be visiting again soon. To the manageress and staff, keep up the brilliant work and continue to shine West Palm.

Do not I repeat do not book you stay there it's the worst hotel I've ever been in its more like a motel step you're standards up even double palm did a face lift total ruin my b day thanks again the hotel I filty run down smells full of mold no proper lighting in the suits like *** the needs a no star rating the bathroom was not clean not suitable for humans to stay spend your money double palm you'll thank me later

My friends and I visited just before Christmas. The hotel is newly renovated. Let's begin with their excellent customer service. The room was excellent as well as their clean warm pool. Although we had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay to the fullest, I most highlight the relaxing and inviting ambiance of the entire compound. I highly recommend West Palm and their friendly staff.

Based on the reviews I was hesitant to visit, but we did. The rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable. There is a bakery on the compound and I got my birthday cake and the food was great. Was told that they are under new management. The pool was fabulous and the staff was friendly. Will definitely visit again.
